Last Hope K9 Rescue is doing all we can to continue operating in a way that best serves our mission to save homeless dogs, and that means focusing our efforts on opportunities to showcase our dogs virtually. We have suspended our in-person adoption events for the time being and as an alternative we are piloting new formats for helping our local community meet our adoptable dogs.

*** REGISTRATION FOR THIS ADOPTION SHOWCASE WEBINAR WILL BE CLOSING AT 11:00AM FRIDAY JUNE 5TH AND LIVE ACCESS WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FIRST 100 REGISTRATIONS ***

Thank you for your patience and understanding as our volunteers explore new ways to help you meet our adoptable dogs virtually.

Here is how this Adoption Showcase Webinar will go:
Before the webinar:
1. Submit a LHK9 adoption application
2. Complete this registration for the LHK9 adoption showcase webinar
3. The first 100 registrants will receive an email with log in details on Friday June 5th

*If you are not one of the first 100 registrants you will be able to access the replay which will be posted after the live webinar on Sunday *add link once FB page is live*

During the webinar:
11:00AM: Log in to Zoom using the meeting details sent via email.
11:05AM: LHK9 Moderator will share our adoption process
11:10AM: LHK9 Moderator will share how to ask questions during the webinar
11:15AM: LHK9 Moderator will showcase adoptable dogs one-by-one

During/after the webinar:
If you fall in virtual love and see a dog who is a great fit for your household, send an email to adoptions@lasthopek9.org with the dog’s name as well as the full name on your application. We will reach out to you within 3 to 5 days from the date of your email.
– Based on the order in which we receive responses, as well as determining the appropriate fit for each pup, we will match adopters and dogs for meet and greets.
– Commenting on Facebook or via Zoom chat will not record interest or claim a pup but please feel free to comment if you have questions.

*Important information about our Adoption Showcase Webinar*

1. Complete a Last Hope K9 Rescue Adoption Application before the webinar takes place. *If you are interested in adopting you must complete an application prior to sending us the dogs you’re interested in. 2. Register using the form below to receive an email invitation to join the webinar taking place on Sunday June 7th at 11:00AM EST.
– The log in credentials to join the webinar will not be posted on Facebook.
– You must register by 11:00AM EST on Friday to receive the zoom webinar information
– If you do not register by 11:00AM EST on Friday or registration has reached the 100 person limit you can watch the Adoption Showcase Webinar on demand once the replay is posted in the Facebook Discussion following the live stream.

3. On Friday June 5th all registered adopters will receive an email with Zoom meeting details to join Sunday’s Adoption Showcase Webinar.
– During the webinar our LHK9 Volunteer moderators will share our adoption process, how to ask questions and showcase the adoptable dogs
– During the webinar all potential adopters will be placed on mute but are encouraged to ask questions using the chat function in Zoom.

4. If you see a dog who is a great fit for your household, send an email to adoptions@lasthopek9.org with the dog’s name as well as the full name on your application.
