DESCRIPTION:**REGISTRATION FOR THIS EVENT HAS CLOSED**\n\nWelcome to the virtual event page for the LHK9 Virtual Adoption Slideshow!\nLast Hope K9 Rescue is doing all we can to continue operating in a way that best serves our mission to save homeless dogs\, and that means focusing our efforts on opportunities to showcase our dogs virtually and in-person.\nWe’re excited to open this adoption showcase to all potential adopters who have an application on file with Last Hope K9 Rescue! To help serve our adoptive community and help our dogs find their furever home\, the first hour will be open to adopters that have fully completed their LHK9 application approval process (11am-12pm). After 12pm our adoption team will start reviewing all inquires from adopters with applications in-process.\nHere is how this virtual adoption slideshow will go:\n1. Submit a Last Hope K9 Rescue Adoption Application. Applications can be accessed here: https://petstablished.com/adoptions/personal-information…\n2. Register to receive the slideshow using this link: **REGISTRATION FOR THIS EVENT HAS CLOSED**\nNote:\n– Saturday events will have registration open on Sunday of that week\n-Saturday events will have registration close on Thursday of that week\n3. On Saturday December 4th at 10:30am all registered adopters will receive an email with a link to browse the available dogs in this slideshow. Please take your time looking through the bios and make a list of your top 5 dogs.\n4. Ready\, set\, go! Email adoptions@lasthopek9.org with the list of dogs you are interested in meeting.\nStarting at 11am on Saturday December 4th the adoptions team will start accepting emails from fully approved registered adopters.\nStarting at 12pm on Saturday December 4th the adoptions team will start accepting emails from any adopters with applications in process.\nImportant Notes:\n– In order to give everyone time to review the slideshow\, requests received before 11:00am will NOT be considered.\n– You can email any time after 11am\, but the sooner the better to get your interest in line!\n– ONE EMAIL PER HOUSEHOLD. Only the first email received will be considered; additional emails from members of the same household will not be considered.\n– Based on the order in which we receive responses\, as well as determining the appropriate fit for each pup\, we will match adopters and dogs for meet and greets.\n*You must have an application on file in order to receive the email with our adoptable dogs*\n*Note: We understand that many families have vacation plans. If you have a trip coming up\, please wait to inquire about adoption until after you return. Once you are matched with a dog you have 7 days to welcome them home. DESCRIPTION:Join us at Gerry 5 on Sunday December 12h for our Adoption Showcase! After suspending in-person adoption events for the majority of 2020-2021\, we are thrilled to be hosting in-person adoption events again in addition to our virtual showcases. This event will take the place of a virtual showcase this weekend and will be held inside and outside. Out of respect for all volunteers we ask that you wear a mask if not fully vaccinated. Please also wear a mask if you are more comfortable doing so!\n\nPlease review how this adoption event will run and then come meet our amazing adoptable dogs in person!\n\n1. Complete a Last Hope K9 Rescue Adoption Application. *If you are interested in adopting you must submit an application in advance of the event. During the event\, only potential adopters with applications on file will be able to enter the adoption event space* The LHK9 adoption application can be accessed here: https://petstablished.com/adoptions/personal-information…\n*Consider your application status prior to the event*\n\n2. Fully approved adopters can enter the event at 11am\n\n3. Adopters with applications in process can enter the event at 12pm.\n\n4. You must submit an application online\, in advance of the event\, in order to meet the adoptable dogs in attendance.\n\n5. All dogs will be available for deposits\, and based on your application status as well as meeting additional pets & family members\, you may be able to adopt a dog and bring the pup home that day! If you are fully approved and plan to bring a dog home that day\, please remember to bring a 6ft leash (this does not include flexi or retractable leashes).\n\n6. Visit the “Discussion” on our Facebook event page to see the list of dogs attending. We will post a list of the dogs FRIDAY evening on November 12th and keep it up to date until the event!\n– ALL kids under 5 will need to be in strollers or held for safety. We are happy to bring a dog you would like to meet out of the event space so there is more room to meet them.\n\nDeposit info: All dogs attending events are available for deposits. Deposits can only be done at events in person and will hold the dog while an application is processed or until they can meet all animals and people in the home. DESCRIPTION:In partnership with Last Hope K9 Rescue\, Aloft Boston Seaport District presents a special Drinks with Dogs Holiday Party and Adoption Meet & Mingle Event. \nAs part of the Aloft Boston Seaport Jingle & Mingle series\, join us in the WXYZ and the Aloft Backyard for a night of holiday cheer supporting rescue dogs in need. Attendees and guests are invited to join this event with their four-legged family members. At the event you’ll be able to enjoy some holiday themed cocktails for you and a puppicino for your companion. SWAG Bags will be provided from Boston Veterinary Center & Aloft Boston Seaport District Hotel. A portion of all WXYZ sales will be donated to LHK9! \nIn addition to the holiday Drinks with Dogs event\, Last Hope K9 Rescue will also have a pop up adoption event with a handful of dogs currently available for adoption. All human guests will be able to meet & mingle with the adoptable dogs. If you are interested in adopting please be sure to submit an application in advance. \nPlease review how the adoption portion of this event will run and then come meet a handful of adoptable dogs in person on Friday! \n1. If you are interested in adopting\, complete a Last Hope K9 Rescue Adoption Application. The LHK9 adoption application can be accessed here: https://petstablished.com/adoptions/personal-information?application_ \n*If you fall in love with one of the adoptable dogs\, you will only be able to put a deposit on the dog if you have an application submitted* \n2. What is the deposit? Deposits can only be done at events in person and will hold a dog for an adopter while an application is processed or until they can meet all animals and people in the home. The deposit is $100 and is non-refundable\, but does come off of the adoption fee if the dog is adopted. \n3. Dogs will be available for deposits only\, the adoption will take place at a later date determined by the applicant’s adoption status. \n4. You may meet & mingle with the dogs without having submitted an application\, however You must submit an application online\, in advance of the event\, in order to potentially put a deposit on one of the attending dogs. \n5. Please note: only humans will be allowed to meet & mingle with the adoptable dogs. All four-legged friends are welcome to attend the Drinks with Dogs portion of the event\, but will not be able enter the adoptable dog meet & mingle area. \n6.
