SUMMARY:Roudenbush Community Center to host June Adoption Event!
DESCRIPTION:Join us at the Roudenbush Community Center in Westford\, MA on Saturday\, June 6th for a Last Hope K9 Rescue Adoption Event!\nAll attendees must have applications on file in order to be able to enter the adoption event space. The LHK9 adoption application can be accessed here. We highly recommend filling out the application prior to the event\, but it can also be completed on arrival.\n\n\nFully approved adopters can enter the event at 12pm.\nAdopters with applications in process can enter the event at 1pm.\nTo help ensure we have enough time to process all adoptions and deposits\, all adoption and/or deposit conversations must wrap up 15 minutes prior to the scheduled event end time.\nNote: All dogs are first come\, first serve. If there is a particular dog you are interested in meeting\, we highly recommend arriving early.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFully approved with no pets/additional humans at home? You may be able to adopt a dog and bring a pup home on event day! Please remember to bring a 6ft non-retractable leash. \nFully approved with pets or additional humans at home? If you make a connection during the event\, you can place a deposit of $100 toward the final adoption fee. Deposits hold for 7 days to do any pet meet & greets and welcome your new pup home! \nApplication in process? If you make a connection during the event\, you can place a deposit of $100 toward the final adoption fee while we expedite your application. Please note that in most circumstances\, this deposit is non-refundable. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nImportant notes: \n\n\nChildren: All children under 5 will need to be in strollers or held for safety. All groups with children under 10 will be provided a family escort to help ensure safe interactions.\nPets: Only adoptable dogs will be permitted inside the event space. If you have a dog or another pet in your home\, we will discuss personality matches to assess fit\, and schedule a follow up meet and greet between the animals. We are not able to facilitate on-site meetings.\nVacations: If any household members have travel plans in the 3 weeks following the event\, you are more than welcome to browse\, but please pause on inquiring about a deposit or adoption until everyone has returned. We are not able to hold dogs in their foster homes and will not send dogs to a new home if there is upcoming travel scheduled to ensure a successful transition period.\n\nQuestions?
